It’s summer, I love ice cream! And it’s sadly in the list of the ten worst foods. But as I mentioned in another post, I never get tired of a healthy ice cream recipe.
I made this today and it was incredible! I could sear it was a real ice cream!!
1 frozen banana
3 frozen pears
cinnamon for topping
Blend the frozen fruits together and sprinkle cinnamon over it and enjoy!
