Drink Water

I always had the habit to drink the water I kept on my nightstand and as soon as I woke up, simply to not waste the water that was just sitting there over night. And actually I physically felt better and fresh. Later I learned how amazing and healthy this habit actually is! I read about how unbelievably incredible the results one can have just by drinking water right after waking up. I resumed a little of the article:

“It is popular in Japan to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Scientific tests have proven its value. The Japanese Medical Society had found the water treatment to be a 100% cure for old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses, such as:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

Method of Treatment

  1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water.
  2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes.
  3. After the 45 minutes you may eat and drink as usual.
  4. After breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure main diseases:

  • High Blood Pressure – 30 days
  • Gastric – 10 days
  • Diabetes – 30 days
  • Constipation – 10 days
  • Cancer – 180 days
  • TB – 90 days

Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment for only 3 days. In the 1st week to be followed by daily treatment. This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.”

Of course, in the beginning it is a bit difficult to drink so much water at once. You should start with a little, half glass for example and then slowly increase. By the time you realize, you will be drinking a half a liter every morning!!

Even after this treatment you can make drinking water a habit. Simply have a glass of water next to your bed and first thing in the morning drink it all. You will feel fresh and healthy.
